If you have just placed your order and notice that something is incorrect, or need to cancel your order, please call our customer service line immediately at 855-482-7375 (extension 1 for customer service) and one of our customer service team will adjust or cancel your order. If it's after hours, just leave us a voicemail or email us (click the "Email Us" button located under the search bar - if you're on a mobile phone, you'll see a + sign beside the search bar and you can click there to send us an email) right away, and we'll make the adjustment or cancellation as soon as customer service is open again, before your order ships.
Please note that we cannot change or cancel orders once they have shipped, so be sure to contact us right away if you see an error in your order confirmation email!
We guarantee that our products will arrive safe and sound. If you receive a damaged shipment, or if you receive a shipment from us that contains a broken or leaking bottle of e-liquid, please contact us right away and we will be happy to take care of it for you! We do require photos of any damaged or leaking bottles, or damaged shipments, so please have those, along with your order number, available when you call, email, or use our live chat option to contact customer service.
If your order has arrived and contained an item you did not order, please email us a photo of the full shipment you received along with your order number, and one of our representatives will assist you. You can email us at email@example.com or contact us via email here on our support portal!
If your order is delayed, or has not arrived by the estimated (or guaranteed, for FedEx Overnight shipments) delivery date please feel free to contact our customer service team by phone, live chat, or email.
