I got an error notification prompting me to contact customer service!
If you got the notification when you re-opened your browser, or browser tab, after finishing your order and leaving our website it's ok - your order is still fine. When you try to reopen the secure order confirmation page, you'll see an error message prompting you to contact customer service. This notification appears because you tried to open a secure checkout page after your order was already completed and you closed your browser or left the page. As long as you received your order confirmation email we've got your order!
In any other circumstance, or if you aren't sure that's why you saw an error message, please contact us! Call us at 855-482-7375 (extension 1 for customer service) or use our live chat (bottom right corner of the site) during business hours, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
If you have just placed your order and notice that something is incorrect, or need to cancel your order, please call our customer service line immediately at 855-482-7375 (extension 1 for customer service) and one of our customer service team will adjust or cancel your order. If it's after hours, just leave us a voicemail or email us (email@example.com or click the "Email Us" button located under the search bar - if you're on a mobile phone, you'll see a + sign beside the search bar and you can click there to send us an email) right away, and we'll make the adjustment or cancellation as soon as customer service is open again, before your order ships.
Please note that we cannot change or cancel orders once they have shipped, so be sure to contact us right away if you see an error in your order confirmation email!
Help Placing Orders
If you're having difficulty placing your order on our website, please call us at 855-482-7375 (extension 1 for general questions, or extension 2 to place an order by phone) and we'll be happy to assist you with your order!
We guarantee that our products will arrive safe and sound. If you receive a damaged shipment, or if you receive a shipment from us that contains a broken or leaking bottle of e-liquid, please contact us right away and we will be happy to take care of it for you! We do require photos of any damaged or leaking bottles, or damaged shipments, so please have photos ready, along with your order number, available when you call, email, or use our live chat option to contact customer service.
If your order has arrived and contained an item you did not order, please email us a photo of the full shipment you received along with your order number, and one of our representatives will assist you. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via email here on our support portal!
If your order is delayed, or has not arrived by the estimated (or guaranteed, for FedEx Overnight shipments) delivery date please feel free to contact our customer service team by phone, live chat, or email. We'll be happy to reach out to USPS or FedEx on your behalf to ensure your order arrives safely!
