No refunds. No returns. Taste is too subjective. Many e-liquids that some find amazing, others dislike, so we cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste of an e-liquid. We apologize for this in advance.
Once a consumable item (like eliquid) has left our shipping facility, we can not accept it as a return. This is for quality assurance reasons; we would never sell you a bottle that's been handled and returned to us by another customer, after all! Be sure to double-check your order confirmation email when you place your order and contact us immediately via phone, chat or email if you see an error on your order.
If a product arrives damaged, broken or “D.O.A.” (dead on arrival), return it to us as it arrived, with all original packaging and accessories, and we will replace it at no charge. We’ll even cover shipping both ways for domestic (US) customers by providing you with a printable, pre-paid return label.
Do not use any hardware item that arrives damaged or broken; we cannot exchange used, broken hardware items or kits.
For nonfunctional/DOA items (mods that will not turn on, for example), we may ask you to perform a few troubleshooting steps with the product before approving the return.
We will require photos of the damaged item, so take pictures as soon as you receive/open your shipment. Then email those pictures to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form here, and we'll start the return & exchange process for you!
Many of our hardware products have a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. If there's a problem with your qualifying hardware item within 30 days of delivery, contact us with a detailed description of the defect and photos showing the defect and we'll start the exchange process.
We may ask you to perform a few troubleshooting steps in case your problem can be resolved. If we’re unable to resolve the issue with troubleshooting, we’ll email you a printable prepaid return label (domestic shipments only) for your defective item and send you a replacement as soon as your return is received.
All hardware items must be returned in or with their original packaging, with all items from the original packaging including cables, coils, accessories, etc. We cannot accept returns on items without the original packaging and all original included items.
Consumable or disposable hardware, including replacement coil packs and replacement pods, is not covered under this warranty.
We cannot accept returns on Lithium-Ion or Lithium Polymer Batteries for any reason.
Some hardware sold on Giant Vapes may have an extended or lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects. Please contact us for more information about these specific warranties and replacement policies.
We can not accept returns on used or opened hardware except in the case of a manufacturer's defect. If you'd like to return an unused, unopened item please contact us to set up a return for store credit. A photo of the item will be required to verify the condition of the item prior to authorization of a return. We can not accept returns on any unused, unopened items that do not have a tamper-evident/factory seal on the package, for example, drip tips and some tanks. We cannot typically accept returns on consumables including coils, pods, and other disposable/consumable hardware even if the item is sealed.
