Delivery Guarantee Details


FedEx Standard Overnight shipments are guaranteed to arrive by end of business on the next business day (Monday-Friday) for all shipments to the contiguous United States.


Orders placed with the FedEx Standard Overnight shipping option after 5PM Eastern Time on weekdays, after 2PM Eastern Time on Saturdays* or on Sundays, will be shipped from our facility the following business day and are guaranteed to go out for delivery the business day after they have shipped. This means that if you order at 7PM Eastern Time on Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday and guaranteed to be delivered by FedEx on Wednesday. The exceptions to this are postal holidays, and special circumstances, which will be announced via our social media outlets.


If FedEx is unable to deliver or attempt delivery of your shipment on the guaranteed delivery day, please contact our customer service team via email, phone or chat for assistance.


If Saturday delivery by FedEx is available to your location, we will upgrade your shipment to Saturday Delivery for free if your order is placed before 5PM Eastern Time on Friday. Saturday delivery is not available for all locations, and is not guaranteed for any shipment.


We do not have any Sunday delivery options available at this time.


Residents of Alaska and Hawaii: FedEx Overnight shipping is not available to addresses outside of the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and military mail addresses.



*Rarely, orders placed with the FedEx Overnight option between 5PM Eastern Time on Friday and 2PM Eastern Time on Saturday may be shipped via USPS Priority Express rather than FedEx. This is for the benefit of our customers, as FedEx may schedule an early pickup (before 2PM) or cancel their Saturday pickup at our location without prior warning to us. All items shipped via USPS Priority Express instead of FedEx Standard Overnight are still guaranteed to be delivered the following Monday, and are still eligible for the money-back guarantee if delivery is not attempted on the guaranteed delivery day. Our customer service team will attempt to contact you by phone if this change is necessary, but in order to meet our same-day shipping guarantee, if we are unable to reach you before the end of business (2PM EST) on Saturday your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Express.
